Learn about cyclical living to manage your energy instead of your time

Repeating the same habits, routines and tasks in the same way every day could be called "linear living."

You eat the same breakfast, clock into work at the same time, fight your energy slumps to finish the same tasks, attend the meeting because it's on the schedule even if it's not worth your time. 🕜

I'm not saying routines and structure are bad-- just that a lot of the time, these standards lead us to ignore our bodies’ nudges when it comes to health and happiness!

So many of us suppress what our bodies crave for the sake of hustle. 😩

I practice cyclical living instead, adapting my schedule, routines and workflow based on what I need THAT day.
